When you send an enquiry we collect only what we need to reply and prepare a quote: your name, WhatsApp/phone number, travel dates, number of adults and children (and children’s ages if you share them), budget, preferences and any notes you add. We do not ask for ID numbers, card or bank details on this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, check availability and send quotes.
- To share the details needed with the resort or activity operator you choose, once you ask us to proceed.
- To keep a record of enquiries and bookings.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
When you choose to send your enquiry on WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which pages and buttons are used. These tools record events such as a WhatsApp or call button click; we do not send your name, phone number or other form answers to them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your trip and for our business records, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
